Jennifer Prell, SMM-C, Dementia Reality Specialist, is the President and founder of Paxem,. In 2022 Jennifer was presented the Margit Novack Award for Excellence in Senior Move Management by NASMM. This award is only given to one person annually who supports others and has high quality standards. Jennifer is also the president and founder of Elderwerks Educational Services, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that offers complimentary assistance to seniors and their families. The core services include senior living coordination, advocacy, and education on aging topics.

She is a member of Leading Age Illinois, President of Continuity of Care Lake/McHenry Chapter, a founding member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Senior Service Committee, and a NASMM Board Member. Jennifer has been on several radio programs, featured on WGN News, NBC News, 2022 Entrepreneurial Excellence Award Winner in Regional Spirit by the Daily Herald Suburban Business, 2019 OWL (Outstanding Woman Leader) award winner by the Barrington Chamber of Commerce for mentorship and has taught hundreds of classes for consumers and professionals.
