Preparing a home for sale is also known as staging. Staging will help you sell your home faster and for a higher return. The number one recommendation is to de-clutter. Simplifying and pre-packing your home will open up space and make your home seem cleaner, more stream-lined and help the potential buyer see your house not your stuff.
