Paxem assists seniors with all aspects of their move. We are senior relocation specialists and we can help from the very moment someone starts thinking about moving. We typically pack, move, and set up the senior(s) in the new apartment in one day. Call us first! We can help you with the following:

Helping you find a Realtor to list your home.

Preparing your home for sale. We will organize, de-clutter, pack, and stage your home to get your home sold as quickly as possible and for a higher return.

Pack - We will pack all of your belongings and provide you with an inventory list.

Monitor Movers - We will make sure everything gets on the truck, the home is left in the original condition, do a final inspection of the home to make sure all of the contents of the home have been loaded, follow the truck to the new home site, and then watch the movers unload.

Manage the Move - We will handle all aspects of the move from hiring the mover, to packing, monitoring of the movers, and set up of the new home.

Set Up - We will set up your new home completely. We will clean out your drawers, unpack all of the boxes, set up your new home, hang up the art, and dispose of the trash.

Dispose of the items you no longer want or need - We we will help you sell your items through an estate sale, moving sale, garage sale, or eBay. If the items are not salable then we can arrange for a charity to pick up the belongings you don't want. If the items are no longer of use to anyone we will arrange for a dumpster and empty out the contents into it.

Design a Move - We will work with the schematics of your new home to ensure the furniture and items you want to bring with you fit properly.

We are Senior Move Managers and are part of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. We work hard to know what we need to do to reduce the amount of stress and trauma seniors endure during this change in their life.
