Paxem, Inc. is a service company that specializes in moving and organizing services.

We consult with you to help decide what organizing or decorating will help you sell your home. Paxem will also coordinate with Realtors, renovators, decorators, and other professionals to make your move easy. We will work with you to create an action plan to stay on task. To give you peace of mind, Paxem can plan the entire move.

We can also help you organize closets, rooms, garages, etc. Please ask for a quote for specific room modification assistance.

Preparing Your Home for Sale

• We advise what tasks need to be performed in order to make your home more salable.
• We will organize, de-clutter (sell/donate/toss) and prepack.
• We can manage all the contractors, painters, carpet cleaners, etc. needed to enhance your home.

Moving Out of Your Home

• You should contact your local insurance agent to transfer property, fire, auto, and medical insurance.
• Paxem will pack all of your belongings.
• We will then do a final inspection to make sure everything is out of the house.

Moving Into Your New Home

Paxem will meet you at your new home.
The Paxem representative will then:

• Do a quick walk through to make sure the home is in good condition.
• Direct the movers as they unload.
• Empty all of the boxes.
• Set up your home.

Organizing Your Home

• We specialize in homes with a large amount of "stuff".
• We try to use the organizing products already in your home, but a list of possibilities can be provided for you to purchase.
• We can organize the kitchen, playroom, basement, garage, closets, drawers, etc.
• We give suggestions on how to keep your home organized.
