Paxem will work closely with your employees and their families to insure a stress-free move so that they can focus on your company rather than any problems that arise during the moving process. We manage the entire move from getting the home listed all the way to a full set up in the new home.
We will prepare the home for the sale by staging, organizing, de-cluttering, and pre-packing. These services are proven to help sell homes faster and for a higher return.
Once the home is sold, trained Paxem Representatives will pack all of the belongings in the home, prepare an inventory list per box, and monitor the movers. We are then able to go to the final destination, be it in the Chicago area or anywhere else in the United States. We will manage the movers, direct the furniture and box placement, and then set up the entire home. We assist with the layout of the home and can purchase new furnishings.
