We will do a quick walk thru of the office to make sure it is the same as the contract states.
We will check to make sure the utilities have been connected, and follow up on any delays.
We will check that the telephones are connected and that all DSL lines are working. You should
have the phone company hook them up the day before your scheduled move in day.
We will direct the movers as they unload. We will review the floor plan and then direct the movers. We will advise them where to place the furniture, boxes, office equipment, etc. Once the movers are finished unloading we will set up your entire office and then put the garbage in the dumpster.
To prevent possible damage, all electronic equipment should not be used for 24 hours after
delivery to allow them time to adjust to room temperature.
We can perform the following tasks:
- Design the move.
- Pack the offices.
- Monitor the movers.
- Manage the move.
- Guide the movers and direct them with furniture, boxes, and electronics.
- Unload each box and set up each office.
- Clean up the new office space.
We will do all of the above for you so that you save time, money, and you can focus on your business.
